Metacodes

Metacodes are the visual icons used in Metamaps to help categorize all the ideas and content you create. To begin with, you're given a very basic set of metacodes, but as you get into more mapping, you'll find more and different uses for all the metacodes that are in use in Metamaps. Expect the addition of more in the future, and the ability to associate different visual icons with the same words!
